These Terms govern your use of the StrokeSiren website, waitlist, and (when launched) any StrokeSiren applications and services. Please read them carefully.
Effective
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the StrokeSiren website or the Service (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Pre-launch nature of the Service
StrokeSiren is currently in a pre-launch / waitlist phase. The Service is not yet available, has not been certified or cleared as a medical device, and is not a substitute for emergency services. If you or someone else needs urgent medical help, contact your local emergency number (such as 911 in the United States) immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you reside, to join the waitlist. By joining, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are submitting it for yourself.
4. Waitlist and communications
When you submit your email to the waitlist, you authorize {{COMPANY_NAME}} to send you communications related to the launch and operation of the Service. You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates law or the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to circumvent its security.

- Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as expressly permitted by law.
6. Intellectual property

StrokeSiren does not replace, and is not intended to replace, emergency medical services, professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
